Buttermilk Parmesan Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tbsp. buttermilk powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. umami paste
  • 1-2 tbsp. water, as needed for desired consistency
  • - kosher salt and coarsely ground black pepper, to taste

In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Store covered in the refrigerator up to 3 days.

Good to Know: Find Taste No. 5 Umami Paste in the Imported Cheese Department. Substitute anchovy paste if desired.
