Herb Butter

Very Easy
Makes 1/2 cup
Gluten-Free
Vegetarian
Ingredients: 

1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened

3-4 tbsp. snipped fresh herb of your choice, such as rosemary, basil, thyme or cilantro

Instructions: 

In small bowl, thoroughly combine butter and herbs; shape into a log about 5" long on plastic wrap, waxed paper, parchment or aluminum foil. Roll up to enclose, twisting the ends to hold in place. Refrigerate several hrs. or overnight.

To Serve: Slice as needed and serve over cooked vegetables, meat, poultry, seafood, or as a spread on bread or rolls.
