Wild Rice

Serves 6
  • 1 cup uncooked Kowalski's Wild Rice
  • 3 1/2 cups organic chicken broth
  • 6 tbsp. butter
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Kowalski's Black Pepper

In large saucepan, boil wild rice in chicken broth over medium heat until liquid is absorbed (35-40 min.). In large frying pan, melt butter; sauté onion and celery until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Combine vegetables and wild rice; serve immediately.
