Alabama Baked Beans

1/2 lb. bacon, chopped
1 yellow onion, chopped
3/4 cup ketchup
1/3 cup molasses
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. hot sauce (optional)
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. Kowalski's Coarse Ground Black Pepper
30 oz. canned navy beans, rinsed and drained

In a large oven-safe pan over medium-high heat, cook and stir bacon until crisp (about 7 min.). Add onion; cook until softened (about 5 min.). Stir in ketchup, molasses, tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire, mustard, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer; cook 5 min. Stir in beans until well coated; cover and bake in a preheated 325° oven 1 hr. Uncover; bake 15 min. more. Cool 10 min. before serving.
