Sweet and Spicy Pecans

Serves 8
  • 1 egg white, lightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 5 cups pecan halves
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. Kowalski's Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. Kowalski's Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. Kowalski's Ground Allspice
  • dash Kowalski's Cayenne Pepper

Line large rimmed baking sheet with parchment. In medium bowl, whisk egg white and water; toss with pecans to coat. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients; sprinkle over nuts, tossing to coat evenly. Pour nuts onto prepared baking sheet; bake in a preheated 325° oven (20 min.). Remove pan from oven and cool nuts on pan 5 min. Remove nuts from pan, cooling completely before breaking them apart.
