Serves 12. This elegant 8-bone rack of pork will add a sweet-savory twist to any holiday spread. We start with 5-6 lbs. of all natural, crate-free, Minnesota Grown heritage Duroc pork and finish it with a glaze of apricot preserves, Dijon mustard and fragrant herbs. This showstopping centerpiece is where comfort meets culinary craftsmanship.

Please note:

  • We are currently accepting Thanksgiving orders only. Orders for Christmas will open on Friday, November 28.
  • These holiday specialties are available for pickup or delivery Saturday, November 22, through Wednesday, November 26.
  • There will be no deliveries after 4 p.m. on Wednesday, November 26, and all orders for pickup must be picked up by 7 p.m. on Wednesday, November 26.
  • All stores will be closed on Thursday, November 27, for Thanksgiving.
  • Quantities are limited. Available while supplies last.
