Choose from Pork Carnitas (a flavor-packed shredded pork in a zesty Southwest sauce) or Chipotle Chicken (tender slow-roasted chicken thighs in a mild chipotle-lime sauce with a hint of spice). Served with flour tortillas, lettuce, cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole on the side. Serves 10.
