Queso-Chorizo Dip

Ingredients

- Kowalski's Signature White or Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips, for serving
½ lb. Kowalski's Fresh Ground Chorizo Pork Sausage
2 pkg. (16 oz. each) Kowalski's Signature Queso Blanco Dip (from the Deli Grab & Go Case)
14 oz. Kowalski's Fresh Pico de Gallo (from the Prepared Produce Section)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°.
  2. Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet; bake in preheated oven until warm (about 3 min.).
  3. While tortilla chips bake, cook and crumble sausage in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat until cooked through (about 5 min.).
  4. Add cheese sauce to the sauté pan; warm through.
  5. Stir in pico de gallo; heat until mixture is thoroughly hot.
  6. Serve dip with warm tortilla chips.
