Easy Chocolate Cashew Bark

A note about dairy: When a dairy-free chocolate is used, this recipe is dairy free.

9 oz. 72% dark chocolate, broken into small pieces
½ cup Kowalski's Lightly Salted Cashews, chopped

Directions
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate at 50% power in declining intervals (2 min., 1 min., 30 sec., etc.), stirring between intervals, until chocolate is smooth and fluid.
  2. Pour melted chocolate onto a 13" square of parchment. Using the back of a spoon, evenly and very thinly spread chocolate into a 10-11" square (about 1/16" thick).
  3. Sprinkle warm chocolate with nuts; let cool to room temperature for several hours.
  4. Score cooled chocolate with a knife; break into 12 evenly sized pieces.
  5. Store in the refrigerator, covered, until ready to serve.
