Salsa di Parma Sprouts

1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
3 tbsp. Kowalski's Signature Salsa di Parma (or to taste)
1 tsp. kosher salt
½ tsp. freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns
  1. Preheat oven to 450°.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss sprouts with Salsa di Parma; season with salt and pepper.
  3. In preheated oven, roast sprouts on a parchment-lined baking sheet until crisp and darkened on the edges and tender at the base (15-20 min.), stirring once.
  4. Serve immediately.
