Northstar Kombucha was founded on a passion for fermentation, thoughtful design and exceptional flavor. Inspired by the creativity of Minneapolis and built through collaborations with fellow local businesses, founders Dan and Christina Fischer have created a kombucha that's as beautiful to look at as it is to drink.
