Crank & Dasher Ice Cream

Crank & Dasher is a small-batch, handcrafted ice cream maker based in Duluth, Minnesota. Founded by Annie Carmichael in 2017, the company uses only the finest ingredients to create its indulgent treats.

Every flavor begins with a custom ice cream base crafted by Autumnwood Farm, a family-run dairy in Forest Lake, Minnesota. From there, each batch is churned to perfection and finished with premium, scratch-made mix-ins like Italian pistachio butter, double-fold vanilla from Madagascar and Mexico, and locally grown strawberries.

Kowalski's partners with Crank & Dasher to handcraft our Signature line of Kowalski's Ice Cream using exclusive recipes developed just for us.
