Seeds Farm

Seeds Farm is a woman-owned, family-run certified organic farm in Northfield, Minnesota. Since 2010, the family has cultivated approximately 15 acres of diverse vegetables, including garlic, specialty squash, peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers and more. With a focus on exceptional flavor, healthy soil and thoughtful stewardship of the land, they grow, harvest and process all of their produce by hand right on the farm.

Among their specialty crops is Koginut squash, a unique winter squash developed by Row 7 Seed Company. Combining the sweetness of butternut squash with the depth and nuttiness of kabocha, Koginut has a silky, almost custardy texture and tender, edible skin – no peeling required! Delicious roasted, it also shines in soups, purées, curries and grain bowls. It's an approachable, restaurant-quality squash that brings the best of Minnesota farming to your table.
