This carefully curated assortment includes Dueto cow and sheep's milk cheese, locally made Little Lucy Brie, crowd fave Sartori Merlot BellaVitano and tangy, mild aged Snøfrisk.

Dueto

A delightful duet of cow and sheep's milk, this cheese is cured just long enough to bring forth a richness that sings on the palate. Pair it with quince paste and figs or Marcona almonds and honey for a tapas-worthy treat.

Redhead Creamery Little Lucy Brie

Named after cheesemaker Alise's daughter Lucy, this little Brie is small, cute and simply irresistible! Made right here in Minnesota, this pasteurized cow’s milk cheese continues to ripen as it ages. Enjoy it while it's young for a grassy, light flavor, or ripen it in your fridge for 1-2 weeks if you like your cheese more robust and gooey.

Sartori Merlot BellaVitano

The berry and plum notes of Merlot yield a cheese that pairs perfectly with toasted walnuts, thin slices of prosciutto and semisweet chocolate. This pasteurized cow’s milk cheese is made by our neighbors in Wisconsin.

Snøfrisk Aged Goat Cheese

Produced in Ørsta, Norway, this aged goat's milk cheese features a smooth, dense paste and a mild flavor with notes of cream and a kiss of butterscotch. Amazing on its own, it also shines in fondue and makes an excellent substitute for Raclette.
