Fresh Raw Whole Turkeys

We have several fresh raw whole turkey options available to preorder online from our Meat Department. Available from 10 to 22 lbs., these birds are naturally raised on local farms without antibiotics and are fed no animal byproducts. These turkey options are raw and must be cooked before serving.
Kowalski's Fresh Free-Range Turkey
12-22 lbs. Locally raised by Ferndale Market, a third-generation family farm owned and operated by the Peterson family in Cannon Falls, Minnesota. These turkeys are raised free-range with plenty of room to roam outdoors and are processed all naturally with no added water or salt. Available for pickup or delivery Saturday, November 22, through Wednesday, November 26.
Kowalski's Fresh Organic Turkey
12-22 lbs. Locally raised and processed by Larry Schultz Organic Farm in Owatonna, Minnesota. These turkeys are fed a Certified Organic diet free of antibiotics, herbicides and pesticides and enjoy plenty of room to roam, resulting in exceptionally flavorful, tender meat. Available for pickup or delivery Saturday, November 22, through Wednesday, November 26.
Kowalski's Raw Oven-Ready Fresh Turkey
15 lbs. This fully dressed Ferndale Market turkey is prepared right in-store and rubbed with butter and seasonings. It comes with a roasting bag and a disposable oven-ready pan – just unwrap the package, place the turkey in the bag, set it in the pan and pop it into a preheated oven. It's the easiest way to roast your own bird! Available for pickup or delivery Tuesday, November 25, and Wednesday, November 26, only.

Ferndale Market Smoked Whole Turkey
10-12 lbs. This fully cooked, uncured whole turkey from Ferndale Market is smoked with hardwood chips at Lorentz Meats, a local family-owned processor. It's cured without chemical nitrates or nitrites and delivers rich, smoky flavor with minimal prep. An easy, delicious option for your holiday table! Available for pickup or delivery Saturday, November 22, through Wednesday, November 26.
This turkey option comes fully cooked but cold.

Made from all-white meat, it's a lean, tender option that's perfect for roasting and makes delicious leftovers for turkey sandwiches. Each turkey breast roast weighs 8-10 lbs. 5-6 lbs. Just looking for a fresh turkey breast rather than a whole bird? Bone-in, skin-on turkey breasts from Larry Schultz Organic Farm in Owatonna, Minnesota, are available in sizes ranging from 5 to 6 lbs. Available for pickup or delivery Saturday, November 22, through Wednesday, November 26.

Other fresh raw turkey breasts and cuts are also available to preorder online for in-store pickup. Simply select a pickup time, and your order will be ready and waiting in the Meat Department. Please allow 72 hours' notice for Meat Department preorders, though sooner is appreciated, as quantities are limited!
Please Note:
- There will be no deliveries after 4 p.m. on Wednesday, November 26, and all orders for pickup must be picked up by 7 p.m. on Wednesday, November 26.
- All stores will be closed on Thursday, November 27, for Thanksgiving.
