Signature Product Focus: Just Arrived - July 2025

Our Signature Ice Creams are handcrafted locally by Crank and Dasher using our own exclusive recipes. They're made with premium ingredients for an impressively dense, rich, smooth and creamy indulgence. Our newest three flavors are here just in time for summer: 

• Raspberry – We take our creamy vanilla base and add plump, juicy red raspberries. Simple but delicious.
   
• Birthday Cake – We actually put our birthday cake right in this ice cream! Rich vanilla cake topped with our Signature Buttercream Frosting is blended into a creamy vanilla base.
   
• Confetti Sugar Cookie – Our old-fashioned sugar cookies with sweet white icing are mixed into our vanilla ice cream base with colorful sprinkles for a fun and delicious treat.

This triple-layer treat takes inspiration from the ice cream classic and features scratch-made layers of rich chocolate, pure vanilla and real strawberry cake with coordinating scratch-made buttercreams. It's as lovely to look at as it is to eat!

Celebrate berry season with our Triple Berry Shortcakes! They start with our scratch-made vanilla cream scones, which we bake right in-store. Each scone is halved and filled with sweet vanilla bean whip, then topped with a mixture of fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries marinated in fresh orange juice and zest.

• NEW! Strawberry Lemonade Pie – Our new Strawberry Lemonade Pie is a must-try summertime treat. Diced strawberries are enrobed in lemon sugar and baked in a flaky crust topped with a tart lemon glaze. The combination of sweet berries and tart citrus gives this classic fruit pie a bright, tangy twist. 
   
• NEW! Black Cherry Pie – Made with dark sweet cherries and a tender, flaky crust, our Black Cherry Pie is bursting with the rich, bold flavor of summer cherries. With full-bodied sweetness and a smoother, less tangy bite than traditional cherry pie, it's a celebration of peak-season fruit in every bite.
   
• Peach Pie – Made with mounds of juicy, delicious California-grown peaches, our peach pie is brimming with fresh fruit flavor in every mouth-watering bite. With its classic, just-like-homemade taste, it's a delicious way to savor summer.
   
• Red Raspberry Pie – Red raspberries and just the right amount of sugar create the perfect balance of tart and sweet, enhancing the bright, fresh flavor of each plump berry. These sun-ripened gems are primarily grown in Washington State and carefully chosen for their delicate, delicious taste.
