Our refrigerated salad dressings are a fresh and delicious way to top salads and so much more. They're locally made in small batches from our own exclusive Signature recipes. Our newest dressing, Fresh Coleslaw, is a classic recipe that's sweet-tart and creamy. We add celery seeds for a balanced, fresh flavor.

This unique loaf features a flavorful crust flecked with crispy Parmesan cheese and sea salt. The fluffy interior is flavored with a special blend of herbs, including oregano, thyme, basil, rosemary and sage, plus more Parmesan and olive oil. Like all of our Signature artisan breads, this one is hand-mixed, hand-shaped and baked by our own bakers daily to ensure the perfect texture and color. It makes a great sandwich or grilled cheese and is wonderful as a partner to pasta or pot roast.

Kowalski's is proud to introduce a limited-edition Journeyman Chardonnay and Rosé. Both are barreled, blended and bottled exclusively for Kowalski's by legendary Sonoma County winemaker Peter Seghesio.

2022 Chardonnay

Pete Sehesio sources his Chardonnay grapes from the finest Chardonnay vineyards in the Russian River Valley. Made using a combination of old and new techniques, only 440 cases of this unfiltered wine have been produced. Thirty percent is fermented in concrete eggs to enhance texture, while the remainder is fermented in French oak barrels for nuance and depth. This Chardonnay is delightfully tantalizing with notes of pear, nutmeg, baked apple and stone fruit. The palate has a vibrant minerality intertwined with a creaminess that carries through the long finish.

2023 Rosé

Think pink! This top-shelf rosé is made with roughly 70% Pinot Noir grapes from the Russian River Valley and 30% Zinfandel grapes from the oldest vines planted on the Seghesio family estate. The name on the bottle, Rosé Egg, refers to the egg-shaped concrete tanks used to circulate the wine during fermentation, a technique that dates back to antiquity. This results in a more complex rosé with a vein of salinity running through notes of melon, red currant and ripe red cherry. With just the right richness, its persistent acidity drives impressive length, building in concentration toward the finish. Only 440 cases of this beautifully harmonious rosé have been produced.
