Seasonal Supper: Savory Oatmeal
A far cry from "cereal for dinner," savory oatmeal feels more like a cozy upgrade to polenta or risotto. Oats – especially steel‑cut or old‑fashioned oats – get incredibly creamy when cooked. They take on flavors easily and pair well with a variety of toppings, such as eggs, cheese, vegetables and herbs. This season, we’re sharing some of our best tips and pairings for supper-worthy oats, featuring our base recipe for Savory Oatmeal.
