Our new fresh sauerkraut and kimchi are locally crafted in small batches with organic ingredients and traditional fermentation methods. Raw, probiotic-rich and nutrient-dense, they add bright, tangy zing to salads, sandwiches, main dishes and grain bowls.

Our Bavarian Sauerkraut is a classic sour condiment made with organic cabbage, unrefined mineral-rich sea salt, caraway seeds and juniper. Serve it with grilled brats or pile it onto a Reuben for a tangy crunch.

Mild heat and a bright tang come together in our Spicy Green Kimchi, an exceptional blend of organic cabbage, radish and carrot fermented with authentic kimchi seasonings. This Korean-style condiment makes a flavorful addition to breakfast dishes, avocado toast, rice bowls, fish or stir fries – or enjoy it raw, straight from the jar!

Sweet heat and savory depth meet craveable crunch in these bold, balanced snack mixes, made in-house with our Signature recipes. Enjoy them straight from the package or add them to a grazing or charcuterie board for easy patio, party or game-day snacking.

• Spicy Honey – A sweet-and-spicy blend of crispy rice, corn and wheat cereal; toasty sesame oat sticks; savory fried onions; and roasted peanuts tossed with honey, butter, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco for a kick of heat.
   
• Minnesota Nice – A savory blend of crispy rice, corn and wheat cereal; pretzels; rye chips; cheese crackers; crispy fried onions; butter; Worcestershire sauce; and an herb-infused buttermilk ranch-style seasoning, finished with a touch of honey for balance.

Our newest Signature Fresh Meat & Seafood Sauces are made locally in small batches with our exclusive recipes and all natural ingredients. Bright, garlicky Chimichurri shines as a marinade or finishing sauce for steaks, fish, burgers and eggs. Steak Sauce brings bold, tangy flavor to grilled meats and vegetables. Tartar Sauce is a creamy, tangy classic for fried fish, crab cakes and shrimp.

Crafted from our exclusive Signature recipes and all natural ingredients, our pasta sauces start with vine-ripened tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil for a beautifully balanced flavor.

• Sunday Sauce – Our Sunday Sauce offers simmered-all-day flavor straight from the jar. Try it with meatballs, pasta, Chicken Parm, baked ziti, lasagna and all your favorite classic Italian recipes. It also makes the best warm dunking sauce for garlic bread and focaccia.
   
• Vodka Sauce – This silky pink-hued sauce balances the acidity of crushed tomatoes with rich cream. It pairs especially well with short, ridged pastas like penne and rigatoni or with pillowy potato gnocchi. It's also a great change-up in baked dishes like stuffed shells or as a dipping sauce for calamari or mozzarella sticks.

Our new Seafood Salads are made fresh in-store using premium seafood and crisp, flavorful ingredients for a lineup that ranges from creamy and indulgent to light and refreshing. Options include a clean, vibrant Shrimp & Scallop Salad with diced red pepper, celery, onion, garlic and a bright lemon-vinegar dressing, along with three classic mayo-based options: Lobster Salad, Shrimp Salad and Smoked Salmon Salad.
