Holiday Ice Cream Sundae Cups

Oreo cookies (or chocolate wafers), very finely crushed, plus more for garnish, if desired

Kowalski's Signature Peppermint Brownie Ice Cream
4 tbsp.
Kowalski's Deep Dark Hot Fudge Sauce
Directions
- Divide crushed cookies evenly among 4 (4 oz.) jars; firmly press into an even layer.
- Divide ice cream among jars, smoothing the tops into an even layer.
- Spread hot fudge sauce over ice cream; freeze for 5 min. to set.
- Garnish as desired; serve immediately.
VARIATION: To make Ginger Cookie Ice Cream Sundaes, swap in 8 amaretti cookies (such as Asturi brand), Kowalski's Signature Ginger Cookie Ice Cream and Kowalski's Classic Caramel Sauce for the first three ingredients in this recipe. Garnish with additional crushed amaretti cookies, whipped cream and flaky sea salt, if desired.
