Directions
  1. Preheat a nonstick skillet, griddle or panini press to medium heat.
  2. Cut each roll in half horizontally; spread mustard evenly on bottom half of rolls.
  3. Layer bottom of sandwiches evenly with ham; top evenly with shredded pork, pickles and cheese.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on top half of each roll; place top rolls over sandwich fillings.
  5. Brush exterior of rolls lightly with oil; place sandwiches on preheated skillet, griddle or panini press. Cook on first side until bottoms are dark golden-brown (about 2 min.); flip and repeat (sandwiches do not need to be flipped in a panini press).
  6. If needed, reduce heat slightly and continue cooking until fillings are hot (about 2 min. more), flipping occasionally if using a skillet or griddle.
  7. Cut each sandwich in half on the diagonal; serve immediately.
