Foodie friends Rachael Perron and Belinda Jensen know exactly how to make the most of Minnesota’s short-but-sweet summer grilling season. On pages 3 and 5, our Culinary & Branding Director and Brand Ambassador, respectively, share a couple of their favorite grilling recipes, including Rachael's Grilled Chicken Wings and Bel's Grilled Chicken Satays with Peanut Sauce.

Elsewhere in this issue, we explore all the things you never knew you could grill. Cake? Why not! Cheese? Absolutely. Cabbage, radishes and avocados? You bet.
