Sweet Science Ice Cream

At Sweet Science Ice Cream, we start with real, all natural and organic ingredients – and local whenever possible. We craft our ice cream base and every syrup, cookie, swirl and crunch by hand in our St. Paul kitchen. Most of our flavors are crafted to be gluten free, and all of our flavors are corn syrup free and free of artificial flavors, colors and preservatives. Using the best ingredients we can find and our knowledge of food science, we’re creating the best ice cream you've ever had one small batch at a time. Our ice cream is clean, luscious, super flavorful, sophisticated and oh-so satisfying.

Our Berry Crumble is a vanilla bean ice cream with a blackberry-raspberry handmade compote and gluten-free streusel for some crunch. It's tart, creamy, crunchy-like pie à la mode. No wonder it's a best seller!
