Maytown Foods is a certified minority- and woman-owned business founded by Shan Columbus in the Twin Cities. Born and raised in southwest China, Shan grew up surrounded by savory, spicy flavors that inspire her cooking to this day. After moving to the U.S. with her son, Andy, she launched Maytown Foods in 2020 with her debut product: Jump Chili.
