Strawberry Butter
Ingredients
½ cup
Kowalski's Unsalted Butter, at room temperature
¼ cup
confectioners' sugar
1.2 oz.
freeze-dried strawberries
Directions
- In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine butter, sugar and strawberries.
- Whip until strawberries are well incorporated into the butter and mixture is smooth and homogenous.
