In a small saucepan, heat water, honey, sugar and vanilla pasta over medium heat; stir to combine. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved. Reduce heat to low; continue simmering until reduced to less than ¾ cup (about 10 min.). Remove syrup from heat; let cool completely. Use for flavoring yogurt, drizzling on toast, sweetening smoothies and more. Store extra syrup at room temperature for up to 3 weeks.
