Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave on high until discs are melted (2-2 ½ min.), stirring halfway through. Pour onto parchment paper and spread to approx. 1/4" thickness; cool at room temperature until slightly firm. Top evenly with fruit and nuts, pressing slightly into soft chocolate; cool completely at room temperature. Store at room temperature for up to 1 week.
