Sweetened Whipped Cream
Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl, use an electric mixer or balloon whisk to whip heavy cream until soft peaks almost form.
- Whisk in sugar just until dissolved.
- Continue beating until stiff peaks form.
- Use immediately or refrigerate, covered, until ready to use.
