Baja Burgers
Ingredients
1 ⅓ lbs.
Kowalski's Certified Humane USDA Prime or Choice Ground Chuck
4 slices
Kowalski's Colby Jack Cheese

Kowalski's Sweet Egg Buns, split horizontally and lightly toasted
- toppings, to taste: Kowalski's Fresh Guacamole, Kowalski's Fresh Organic Pico de Gallo and fresh cilantro leaves
Directions
- Preheat grill to high heat; clean grill grates.
- Using clean hands, form beef into 4 patties.
- Grill burgers over direct heat, covered, until done (about 4 min. per side for medium doneness), turning once. Top with cheese after turning.
- Remove from heat; tent loosely with foil and let rest for 3-5 min.
- Serve burger on buns with desired toppings.
