Ingredients

1 tbsp. Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 plant-based burgers
4 Kowalski's Wheat Burger Buns (from the Bakery Department), split and lightly toasted
- toppings, to taste: Curry Mayo, mango chutney, shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix, and thinly sliced red onion

  1. In a large nonstick skillet or griddle, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook burgers until heated through (2-3 min. per side).
  3. Serve on buns with desired toppings.

Tasty Tip:

  • This meal is a wonderful way to incorporate plant-based protein into your diet. Of course, this recipe is also great when made with ground beef patties!
