A note about gluten: When served with rice or gluten-free pasta, this recipe is gluten free.

2 tbsp. Kowalski's Butter
1 clove garlic, finely minced
½ tsp. freshly grated lemon zest
2 tbsp. chicken broth
2 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
⅓ lb. peeled and deveined 21-25 ct. tail-on raw shrimp
- cooked rice or pasta, for serving
2 tsp. chopped fresh Italian parsley, for garnish

Directions
  1. In a medium to large skillet, heat butter over medium heat.
  2. Stir in garlic and zest; sauté for 2 min.
  3. Add shrimp, broth and juice; cook just until shrimp turn pink and opaque (about 2 min.).
  4. Serve immediately over rice or pasta; sprinkle with parsley.
