Indian Pizza
Ingredients
  ¾ cup (approx.)
leftover Slow Cooker Indian Beef

Stonefire Italian Artisan Pizza Crust (from the Deli Department)
  
                                  
  ½ cup
mango chutney
  
                                  
  1 cup
Kowalski's Shredded Pizza Cheese Blend
  
                                  
  
- cumin seeds, to taste
  
                                  
  
- chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
  
                                  
  
- freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste
  
                                  
  
- Lime Yogurt (recipe below), to taste, if desired
  
                      Directions
          - Preheat broiler.
 - In a small microwave-safe dish, reheat beef in the microwave until hot (1-2 min.).
 - Top crust evenly with chutney, beef and cheese; sprinkle with cumin seeds.
 - Broil on a baking sheet under preheated broiler until cheese is melted, browned and bubbly.
 - Let stand for 5 min. before slicing.
 - Garnish with cilantro; season with pepper to taste.
 - If desired, serve with Lime Yogurt for dipping.
 
LIME YOGURT: In a small mixing bowl, stir together 2 tbsp. plain low-fat yogurt, 2 tsp. freshly squeezed lime juice, ½ tsp. grated lime zest, and kosher salt and freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns to taste.
