Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing

½ cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
2 tbsp. buttermilk powder
1-2 tbsp. water (as needed for desired consistency)
1 ½ tsp. Kowalski's Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice (from the Produce Department)
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- kosher salt and freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together mayo, garlic, buttermilk, water, juice, Worcestershire, salt and pepper.
  2. Fold in cheese crumbles; adjust water and seasoning to taste.
  3. Store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 3 days until ready to use.
