Grapefruit Vinaigrette
Ingredients
¼ cup
avocado oil
3 tbsp.
Kowalski's Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
1 tbsp.
rice vinegar
1 tbsp.
Kowalski's Pure Honey
2 tsp.
freshly grated grapefruit zest
- kosher salt and freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste
Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together first 5 ingredients (through zest).
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 3 days.
