Rachael's Light Ranch Dressing

Makes about 1 cup

Ingredients

¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. buttermilk powder
1 ½ tsp. dried parsley
¼ tsp. kosher salt
¼ tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. dried marjoram
¼ tsp. dried thyme
¼ coarse ground black pepper, to taste
¼ tsp. apple cider vinegar
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
½ cup water, more or less as needed for desired consistency

Directions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients, except water, until well blended; whisk in enough water to reach desired consistency. 
  2. Serve immediately or store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
