Margarita Dressing
Ingredients
2 tbsp.
tequila blanco
2 tbsp.
fresh squeezed lime juice
- zest of 1 lime
1 tbsp.
Kowalski's Pure Honey
¼ tsp.
ground cumin
1 tbsp.
very finely chopped cilantro
4 tbsp.
Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- freshly ground Kowalski's Sea Salt and Black Peppercorns, to taste
Directions
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together tequila, juice, zest, honey, cumin and cilantro.
- Drizzle in oil very slowly, whisking constantly to form an emulsion.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 3 days.
