Red Wine Vinaigrette

Makes about 3/4 cup

Ingredients

½ cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 ½ tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. honey
¾ tsp. kosher salt
½ tsp. coarse ground black pepper
½ tsp. dried oregano
¼ tsp. garlic powder

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients until combined. Store, covered, in the refrigerator up to 2 days.
