Pan-Fried Feta with Honey and Rosemary

  1 tbsp.
cornmeal
  
                                  
  1 tsp.
finely minced fresh rosemary, plus more for garnish
  
                                  
  2 tbsp.
Kowalski's Pure Honey, warmed for 30 sec. in the microwave
  
                                  
  2 tsp.
freshly squeezed lemon juice
  
                                  
  ½ tsp.
freshly grated lemon zest, plus more for garnish
  
                                  
  8-10 oz. slice
feta (about ½" thick)
  
                                  
  1 tbsp.
olive oil
  
                                  
  
- freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste
  
                                  
  
- crusty bread or crackers, for serving
  
                      Directions
          In a small mixing bowl, whisk flour with cornmeal and rosemary; set aside. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together warm honey, lemon juice and zest; set aside. Dry cheese thoroughly with a paper towel; dust liberally with flour mixture, gently tapping off excess. Heat oil over medium heat in a medium nonstick skillet; fry cheese until golden (3-4 min. per side), turning once. Move to a serving platter and garnish with honey mixture, lemon zest, rosemary and pepper. Serve immediately with bread or crackers.
