High Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
¼ cup chocolate whey protein powder
2 tbsp. Kowalski's Fresh Creamy Peanut Butter (from the Dairy Aisle), plus more for serving
- garnishes, to taste (optional): chocolate shavings, crushed peanuts and sliced banana

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth.
  2. Add a smear of peanut butter inside a clear glass; pour smoothie mixture into glass.
  3. Top with a drizzle of peanut butter; garnish as desired. Serve immediately.

Tasty Tips:

  • You can substitute vanilla protein powder and 2 tsp. cocoa powder for the chocolate protein powder in this recipe.
  • For a sweeter smoothie, add 1-2 tbsp. Kowalski’s Pure Maple Syrup or Honey before blending.
  • To make this recipe nut free, use cow's milk or oat milk in place of almond milk and swap peanut butter with sunflower butter.
