- Greek olives, to taste

- pea shoots or microgreens, to taste

4" bamboo skewers (optional)
Directions
Arrange ingredients in individual serving glasses or dishes. Use skewers for cheese, sausage, olives and tomatoes, if desired. Wrap cured pork around breadsticks (as pictured), if desired.
