Honey Horseradish Sauce

Makes about 1 cup

Ingredients

½ cup Kowalski's Horseradish Pub Mustard
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup Kowalski's Pure Honey
1 tbsp. (approx.) buttermilk (or milk or water)
- pinch cayenne pepper (or more or less to taste)
- kosher salt and freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste

Directions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together mustard, mayo and honey; add enough buttermilk to reach desired consistency.
  2. Season to taste with cayenne, salt and pepper.
  3. Store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 3 days.
