Pear Brandy Sour
Ingredients
  3 oz.
Dampfwerk Pear Brandy
  
                                  
  1 oz.
Kowalski's Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice (from the Produce Department)
  
                                  
  1
egg white
  
                                  
  
- ice
  
                                  
  3-4 dashes
orange bitters
  
                                  
  1
lime twist
  
                      Directions
          - In a cocktail shaker, combine brandy, juice and egg white; shake mixture vigorously until egg white is very foamy (this may take 1 min. or more).
- Add ice; shake until mixture is cold (about 15 sec.).
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass; add bitters.
- Garnish with a lime twist; drop additional bitters gently onto egg foam. Serve immediately.
