Winter G&T
Ingredients
- ice
1 ½ oz.
gin
½ oz.
Dampfwerk Pfefferminz³ Peppermint Schnapps Liqueur
2-3 oz.
cold tonic water, to taste
1 sprig each
fresh thyme, rosemary and sage, tied together with kitchen twine
- confectioners' sugar, to taste, for garnish
Directions
- Fill a lowball glass with ice; add gin.
- Slowly add tonic water.
- Gently stir drink with herb bundle; leave in the glass as a garnish, if desired.
- Using a small strainer, dust the glass all over with sugar "snow."
