Lamb Flank Steak Gyros
Ingredients
  ¾ tsp.
kosher salt
  
                                  
  ¼ tsp
freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns
  
                                  
  ¼ tsp.
dried oregano
  
                                  
  1 clove
garlic, finely minced
  
                                  
  1 ½ lbs.
lamb flank steaks (availability varies by season)
  
                                  
  
- pita or naan, for serving
  
                                  
  
- toppings (your choice), to taste: shredded lettuce, chopped fresh mint, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onion, peeled and thinly sliced cucumber, prepared tzatziki sauce, salt and freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns
  
                      Directions
          - Preheat a grill to medium-high heat; clean grill grates.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix together salt, pepper, oregano and garlic; rub onto both sides of steaks.
- Grill steaks over direct heat on the preheated grill until lamb reaches desired doneness (about 4 min. per side for medium).
- Remove steaks from heat; cover with foil and let stand for 3-5 min.
- Thinly slice steaks; serve on warm pita or naan with desired toppings.
