canola oil
1 lb.
Kowalski's Certified Humane USDA Choice 93% Lean Ground Beef
14 oz.
Kowalski's Fresh Soup Mix
2 cloves
garlic, minced
1 tbsp.
Kowalski's Pizza Seasoning
6 cups
beef broth
24 oz.
Kowalski's Signature Classic Marinara Pasta Sauce
14-16 oz.
canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
4 oz.
dry tubini pasta
1 cup
torn prewashed kale
¼ cup
grated Kowalski's Signature Parmesan Cheese, for garnish (optional)
Directions
- In a large pot, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef; cook and crumble until beef starts to brown.
- Add soup mix, garlic and pizza seasoning; cook and stir until vegetables are tender (about 5 min.).
- Add broth, marinara, beans and pasta; bring to a boil.
- Reduce to a simmer; cover and continue cooking until noodles are almost al dente (about 10 min.).
- Stir in kale; cover and continue cooking until noodles are done (about 5 min.).
- Garnish individual servings with cheese, if desired; serve immediately.
Tasty Tip:
- Any short pasta can be used in this recipe (cook times may vary).
