Ingredients

A note about dairy: When served without cheese, this recipe is dairy free.

2 tbsp. canola oil
1 lb. Kowalski's Certified Humane USDA Choice 93% Lean Ground Beef
14 oz. Kowalski's Fresh Soup Mix
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. Kowalski's Pizza Seasoning
6 cups beef broth
24 oz. Kowalski's Signature Classic Marinara Pasta Sauce
14-16 oz. canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
4 oz. dry tubini pasta
1 cup torn prewashed kale
¼ cup grated Kowalski's Signature Parmesan Cheese, for garnish (optional)

Directions
  1. In a large pot, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground beef; cook and crumble until beef starts to brown.
  3. Add soup mix, garlic and pizza seasoning; cook and stir until vegetables are tender (about 5 min.).
  4. Add broth, marinara, beans and pasta; bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce to a simmer; cover and continue cooking until noodles are almost al dente (about 10 min.).
  6. Stir in kale; cover and continue cooking until noodles are done (about 5 min.).
  7. Garnish individual servings with cheese, if desired; serve immediately. 

Tasty Tip:

  • Any short pasta can be used in this recipe (cook times may vary).
