Savory Holiday Pie
Ingredients
1 ½ cups
roasted turkey breast, cubed
½ cup
frozen green beans
¼ cup
Kowalski's Signature Poultry Gravy, plus more for drizzling
1 tbsp.
heavy cream
½ tsp.
kosher salt
½ tsp.
ground sage
¼ tsp.
freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns

Vikings & Goddess Frozen All-Butter Pie Crust, thawed but still cold
1 ¼ cups
mashed potatoes
1 ¾ cups
Kowalski's Signature Sage & Onion Dressing
3 tbsp.
Kowalski's Signature Cranberry Relish (or to taste)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine turkey, beans, gravy and cream; season with salt, sage and pepper. Mix gently until evenly combined.
- Scoop filling into crust; spread into an even layer.
- Spread mashed potatoes over filling in an even layer.
- Spread dressing over potatoes in an even layer.
- Place pie on a baking sheet in preheated oven; bake until heated through and lightly golden (25-30 min.).
- Remove from oven. Sprinkle cranberry relish over top of pie; let rest for 5 min. before slicing.
- Drizzle individual slices of pie with warm gravy before serving.
