Chunky Chicken Cobb Salad
Ingredients
A note about gluten: When gluten-free mustard is used, this recipe is gluten free.

grilled chicken breasts (such as Rosemary & Garlic Chicken Breasts from the Deli Heat & Eat Case), chilled and diced
  
                                  
  2 slices
Kowalski's Hickorywood Smoked Thick-Cut Bacon, cooked crisp and finely chopped
  
                                  
  2
hard-boiled eggs, diced
  
                                  
  3 oz.
crumbled blue cheese
  
                                  
  8
grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
  
                                  
  2 tsp.
finely chopped chives
  
                                  
  2 tsp.
finely chopped fresh Italian parsley
  
                                  
  
- Dill Dressing (recipe below)
  
                      Directions
          - Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; toss to coat with dressing.
- Store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
DILL DRESSING: In a small mixing bowl, whisk ¾ cup Kowalski's Signature Dill Dip (from the Deli Grab & Go Case) with 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp. Kowalski's Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice (from the Produce Juice Case) and ¼ cup water. Store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 3 days.
