Favorite Fall Salad
Ingredients
9 oz.
Revol Greens Minnesota Grown Romaine Crunch Salad Blend
- Apple Butter Dressing, to taste

Minnesota Grown SweeTango apple, cored and diced (peeled, if desired)
1 ½ cups
halved seedless red grapes
4 oz.
Minnesota Grown blue cheese (such as Shepherd's Way Farms Big Wood Blue), crumbled
¼ cup
roasted and salted pepitas
¼ cup
fresh pomegranate seeds
6-8 slices
Kowalski's Bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled, to taste
12 oz.
butternut squash cubes, roasted

Minnesota Grown eggs (such as Kowalski's Organic Eggs), hard-boiled and quartered
12 oz.
Boar's Head Ovengold Roasted Turkey Breast, in ½" dice
Directions
- Chop lettuce, then wash in ice-cold water; drain thoroughly in a salad spinner until very dry.
- Toss greens with dressing to taste in a large salad or mixing bowl.
- Top salad with remaining ingredients; drizzle with additional dressing to taste.
