Pumpkin Dressing
Ingredients
2 tbsp.
Kowalski's Pumpkin Butter
2 tbsp.
apple cider vinegar
1 tsp.
very finely minced fresh shallots
1 tsp.
Kowalski's Pure Maple Syrup
½ tsp.
Dijon mustard
- kosher salt and freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste
2 tbsp.
Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together pumpkin butter, vinegar, shallots, maple syrup, mustard, salt and pepper. Drizzle in oil very slowly, whisking constantly to form an emulsion. Adjust seasoning to taste.
