Thousand Island Dressing
Ingredients
1 small clove
garlic, finely minced
¼ tsp.
kosher salt, plus more for seasoning
¾ cup
mayonnaise
¼ cup
chili sauce
2 tbsp.
ketchup
2 tsp.
sweet pickle relish
- freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste
Directions
On a wooden cutting board, mash garlic with ¼ tsp. salt using the flat side of a chef's knife until it forms a paste. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together garlic paste, mayo, chili sauce, ketchup and relish until combined. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
